Ham and Cheese Cannelloni

Yet another recipe from a magazine... I believe this was also Rachael Ray. I have altered it a little, though..

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
One 15oz jar Alfredo sauce
8 egg roll wrappers (or however many you need, really.. just get a package.)
Deli sliced ham

Preheat oven to 400.
Reserve 3/4 cup Alfredo sauce, and dump the remaining sauce into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish and spread it around.
Arrange and egg roll wrapper on a work surface, stick some cheese on there, cover it with some ham, roll it up jelly-roll style then stick it seam side down in your pan.
Repeat till you run out of all your stuff and youve made all you wanna make.
Dump the rest of the alfredo sauce on top and spread around, then top with the rest of your cheese.
Bake for about 20 minutes, or until its golden brown.
